Every LCG investigation ends in a file set the design team can use without rework. The locate is surveyed onto GDA2020 with heights to AHD, drafted in 12d and exported to DWG and DXF, and each asset string carries its owner, material, size, depth and AS 5488-2022 quality level as attributes. BIM workflows receive 3D strings or an IFC export; site crews receive a PDF plan and the interactive field report with the pothole photos and pit cards.
Deliverables are built to the client's standard: the Transport for NSW SUI specification and layering, the Sydney Water drafting standard, a council template or your own CAD standard. Where a project needs the surface as well, the same crew delivers the detail and level survey, UAV orthophoto and point cloud, so the utility model sits on a current ground model rather than an old plan.
The 12d and DWG files to GDA2020 come from the same LCG Registered Surveyors who deliver the group's topographic, boundary and construction surveys through LCG Solutions, so the utility model and the site survey share one datum and one drafting standard.
